1. Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of https://ignitecontact.ai (the “website”), operated by Brad Plummer as a sole proprietorship doing business as Ignite Contact (“Ignite Contact”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services are covered separately

These terms cover the website only. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over anything on this website.

3. Acceptable use

When using the website, its forms, and demos, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• submit false information or someone else’s details without permission;
• scrape, harvest, or copy content or data using automated tools, bots, or crawlers (other than standard search engine indexing);
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website, demos, or related systems; or
• use the demos to send spam, abusive content, or attempts to manipulate the AI assistants.

We may restrict access for anyone who misuses the website.

4. Information on this website

Website content is general information about our services. Packages, plans, features, and examples are illustrative and may change; what is included for your business is confirmed in a written proposal. We do not guarantee any particular results, such as a number of leads, calls answered, bookings, or revenue.

5. AI demos

Our demos use AI assistants. Where noted, the receptionist and text-back demos answer for a fictional sample business, not a real company or client. Demo responses are for demonstration only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Standard call, message, and data rates from your carrier may apply. What you share in a demo is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. SMS / text messaging program

Ignite Contact operates an SMS / text messaging program for people who opt in through our website forms or by requesting a demo text. Messaging use cases include informational and transactional messages (inquiry replies, booking or appointment confirmations, account and service updates) and promotional or marketing messages (demos, offers, and news), each only with the matching consent.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers may include major U.S. and Canadian wireless carriers; delivery is not guaranteed on every network.

Age restriction (18+): You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to the Ignite Contact SMS program. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older and the mobile number belongs to you or you are authorized to opt it in.

7. Third-party services and links

The website uses third-party tools (such as GoHighLevel / LeadConnector for forms, chat, calendars, and messaging) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the Ignite Contact name and logo, belong to Ignite Contact (Brad Plummer) or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify, or republish website content without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and demos are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise the website will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Contact is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, business, or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or demos. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
